24th Annual Lights in the Heights Festival, Woodland Heights, Houston, TX
Here's the scoop...
The "Funky Mustard Band" will be performing during the LITH event at 803 WOODLAND ST. @ the corner of Watson St. This location is not directly on the LITH route, but is located at one of the major entry points into the festival near the route for the event. This area will also be CLOSED to traffic. So please make plans to come by and celebrate with "the Mustard" and party down for the holidays.
